
Problem & Objectives
AB Gourmet is a company specialized in the commercialization of Gourmet products, particularly of French origin. They had the need of a digital transformation and positioning themselves in the E-Commerce market.
In addition to this, they needed a software system that would allow them to manage the relationship between their customers and suppliers in a better way.
Proposed Solution
An E-Commerce website was developed as a new sales channel focused on both business and end consumer. Additionally, Zoho CRM was implemented to have a better communication with customers and suppliers.
Results
We enabled a new online sales channel for AB Gourmet and a CRM system that allows a better organization and communication between the sales team.
