We City, a company specialized in real estate investment with a sustainable approach, had the need to automate its internal processes to reduce operating times and costs as well as give its various investors visibility in real time on each of the projects within its investment portfolio.
Proposed Solution
We redesigned and reengineered their processes as well as implementing Zoho and various automation and RPA tools to execute multiple tasks faster. Additionally, real-time reports were created for business intelligence.
